Shipping policy

At Banana Shoes, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and quick delivery times. Our stock systems are updated daily to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Do We Hold Stock in the United Kingdom?

Many of the items you see on Banana Shoes are in stock at our UK warehouse and will be shipped to you within 24 hours of your order being placed (weekends excluded). Please note that only items in-stock at our UK warehouse will be dispatched within 24 hours.

All clothing is stocked in the United Kingdom and can be shipped the same day. As it's not feasible to keep every shoe style, size, and colour in stock at all times in the UK, we request out-of-stock items from our American suppliers three times a week.

Items not in Stock at our United Kingdom Warehouse:

We receive deliveries from our American suppliers three times a week, and if your Banana Shoes purchase is out of stock in the UK, it will be processed and shipped to you within 6 working days. Once we have cleared them through customs, these items will be dispatched to our UK customers immediately by tracked service.

DELIVERY TIMES

BananaShoes offers a range off delivery times, with some styles available for next day delivery and others for delivery within up to 6 working days (within the UK). Each style on BananaShoes is clearly marked within the product description regarding its delivery time. Please check the product description of the style(s) you like.

In rare cases, your shoes might experience delays during transit. While we apologise if this happens, we cannot accept responsibility for third-party delays. If there are any issues or delays with your order, we'll inform you promptly and provide you with reasonable options.

BananaShoes offers a standard shipping option for UK customers at £4.99 per order up to £50 and free shipping on orders over £50. 

DELIVERY

For Standard Shipping, we use either Royal Mail, depending on the parcel's weight. Most parcels are sent using Royal Mail's next day delivery service. Please note that your order may take up to 10 working days to arrive at our warehouse before being sent to you via next day delivery.

For Next Day Delivery, we use DPD Local - 'Next Day Delivery'. Orders placed before 2 PM from Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or any time on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the next working day.

For European and international clients, we deliver all orders using a tracked delivery method. You will receive tracking details to monitor your parcel. Please note that delivery times will be longer for European and international orders.

European Shipping Rates:

Europe 1: £15 for parcels up to 30 kg in weight (average weight of 1 pair of shoes is 1 kg).

Orders placed to international destinations outside of Europe will incur a fee based on total weight of items ordered. 

Public Holidays

Orders won't be shipped on bank holidays or public holidays (e.g., May Bank Holiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, etc.). If your order is placed on one of these days, it will be shipped on the next working day, and you will be notified by email.

Additional Information

We may occasionally use a different postal provider, in which case you will be informed of the provider and given a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

BananaShoes won't be held responsible if our delivery partners are unable to deliver your parcel within the specified time frame.

For international deliveries, we are IOSS registered. For orders under the IOSS threshold (€150), we will pay taxes on the customer's behalf.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The cost of delivering your parcel to an international destination is calculated by the total weight of the items purchased and the destination country.

A standard pair of high heels weighs 1 kg, and a standard hosiery item weighs 0.25 kg. This can vary depending on style and should be taken as a guide. Final shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase should you wish to check before completing your order.

Some destinations require import duties or taxes. BananaShoes will not be held responsible for any additional costs. These are to be paid solely and in full by the customer.
